CYCLE « PREVENTION ET SANTE DU DOS »

Les mardis de 9h à 10h15

 Un cycle de 7 séances où nous travaillerons sur 3 axes de renforcements afin que vous trouviez une autonomie.

 1) Renforcement des jambes et de la solidité du bassin. Notre ancrage se trouve dans notre bassin… Un bon ancrage permet de soutenir toute la structure de notre colonne vertébrale et facilite sa mobilité et la répartition des charges.

 2) Approfondissement de la respiration et éveil des muscles profonds de notre « centre » qui est l’amortisseur entre le haut de notre corps et le bas de notre corps.

 3) Renforcement du haut du dos et ouverture du coeur pour plus de légèreté dans nos mouvements et dans notre vie!!!

 Tarif: 20€ la séance/105€ les 7 séances
